Records before Q2 FY2026 are reconstructed from the latest snapshot. Ledger: findings.json. Correction of 20 October 2026: Annalist derived the cost of revenue of Chevron for the fourth quarter of 2020 from figures of different filings, US$15.05 billion where the year's own filings give US$13.39 billion. The dividend per share of 2020 to 2023 came from a line that Chevron does not report at its latest dates, and the fourth quarters were derived from the figures of 2 filings; 19 dividends per share of 2020 to 2025 are no longer published. No finding cites the figures. Correction of 21 October 2026: The balance sheets of Chevron at its quarter ends give no long-term debt that Annalist captures, while its balance sheets at its fiscal year ends do: US$39.8 billion at 31 December 2025. Annalist added up the debt of those quarter ends without it, so total debt, net debt and the credit metrics of 17 quarters from 2021 to 2026 were understated. The findings for 30 June 2026 stated net cash of US$9.2 billion and lease-adjusted debt of 0.1 times adjusted EBITDA. Such quarter ends now have no debt measure. Records 5, 7, 17, 18, 41, 42, 49, 50, 57, 58, 78, 79, 87, 88, 91, 93 and 94 cite figures that the correction removed. Records 95 to 97 state the corrected findings: lease-adjusted debt of 1.1 times adjusted EBITDA over the 4 quarters ended 31 December 2025, in the minimal band, a liquidity cover of 1.2 times, and the retirement of the net cash finding.
