Records before Q2 FY2026 are reconstructed from the latest snapshot. Ledger: findings.json. Correction of 19 October 2026: Annalist did not capture the non-current debt that Tesla reports on a line of its own. Its total debt was US$1.3 billion at 30 June 2026 against US$9.1 billion with that debt. Its net cash, credit metrics, Beneish M-score and Piotroski F-score used too little debt. Records 6, 7, 11, 12, 19, 29, 30, 34, 35, 42, 50, 59, 68, 69, 73, 75, 83 and 92 cite figures that the correction changed. Record 74 retires the middle Piotroski score that the corrected score of 6 of 9 for fiscal 2025 keeps. Records 95 to 99 state the corrected findings, among them net cash of US$34.5 billion at 30 June 2026 and lease-adjusted debt of 1.0 times adjusted EBITDA for fiscal 2025. Correction of 20 October 2026: Tesla's filings report the changes in its receivables and inventories of 2020 and 2021 with opposite signs; 12 of these figures are withheld. The change in accounts payable of the fourth quarter of 2021 now comes from one set of filings, US$1.81 billion where US$2.60 billion was published. Records 5, 8, 18 and 20 cite figures that the correction changed. Correction of 22 October 2026: Annalist left out the finance leases that Tesla reports together with its debt on lines of its own. Total debt was understated at 26 balance sheet dates from 31 March 2020 to 30 June 2026, by US$1.6 billion at 31 March 2020 and US$0.3 billion at 30 June 2026. Net debt, the credit metrics, the liquidity cover and the Beneish M-score used too little debt. Records 6 to 104 listed here cite figures that the correction changed, and records 105 to 108 state the corrected findings. Changes against a year earlier also compared 2 figures of different bases where a stock split or a restatement came between the 2 periods: 9 growth values changed, among them diluted earnings per share growth for the third quarter of fiscal 2021, 77.8% before the correction and 433.3% on one basis. Records 2, 15 and 25 compare net income of 2 bases; on one basis net income fell 45.3% in the second quarter of fiscal 2024, rose 16.9% in the third and fell 70.8% in the fourth.
